Jamie Gesslein receives 2017 Psychology Award, Excellence in Achievement Award in Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies at Georgia Southwestern

Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) student Jamie Gesslein was awarded with the Psychology Award and the Excellence in Achievement Award in Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies at GSW's 2017 Honors and Recognition Ceremony on April 24 in Jackson Hall.

The Excellence in Psychology Award is given to a student who has demonstrated academic excellence and made contriubutions to the GSW Department of Psychology and Sociology either through direct involvement or research activity.

The Excellence in Achievement Award in Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies recognizes graduating seniors from the certificate program who have outstanding academic records and demonstrate thoughtful service engagement with GSW's Department of Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies.
