Rachael Medlin named 2017 Outstanding Early Childhood Education Student Teacher Candidate at Georgia Southwestern

Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) student Rachael Medlin, of Cordele, Ga., was named the Outstanding Early Childhood Education Teacher Candidate at GSW's 2017 Honors and Recognition Ceremony on April 24 in Jackson Hall.

The award is presented to a teacher candidate who has set a high standard of character, personality and promise to the teaching profession where in the college classroom or the Pre-K through fifth grade school setting.
