Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) student Russell Hayes received the Dr. Richard W. Litwhiler Award for Health & Physical Education at GSW's 2017 Honors and Recognition Ceremony on April 24 in Jackson Hall.

This award is given to a Health & Physical Education student with the highest grade point average who has exhibited outstanding academic performance.
